Passionate about working with children, Hermann specialises in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and uses play-based therapy to connect with younger clients in meaningful ways. As a practitioner of the Zones of Regulation, he helps kids understand emotions and develop self-regulation skills.
With expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other approaches, Hermann empowers clients to manage intrusive thoughts, mood difficulties, and problem behaviours.
